How is Spotify changing the music industry and shaping the users listening behaviour?

The interweave of music and technology has brought many changes to the industry in the recent years. Streaming platforms are continuously gaining force on the field, allowing the user to have access to an infinite digital catalogue. That has not only influenced the way we consume music, but also how we produce it. With the data provided to these platforms, we are able to receive recommendations perfectly in line with our taste but at what cost? This paper seeks to answer this question by focusing on analysing this on Spotify.
