The rapid development of the Internet and Digital World have created different kinds of metaphors which help us to understand what the Internet is in general. Since decades, the metaphors related to Digital World have evolved. Nexta is a Warsaw based medium founded by 22-year-old Stepan Svetlov, a Belarusian citizen residing in Poland as a political refugee. Nexta Live is able to report and share exclusive news and footages which are censored by the government of Belarus. As the internet was blocked after a rigged election, the Telegram channel assisted in coordinating the mass protests in Belarus. Nexta Live shares information to help protesters avoid clashes with police.
