A trend towards multilingualism at work

In today’s era of globalization, there are sound strategic reasons why multinational companies should seek to enhance their global co-ordination. Companies are reaching across their borders, giving themselves access to larger and more specified markets, more access to elite talents and support across time zones. This is however, by no means, a simple task and will be much harder when language represents a barrier to international communication.
